LeAnn started the company along with her Co-Founder, Tara Hankinson, after seeing a market opportunity for more women friendly branding and flavors, in the beer brewing industry. Although LeAnn and Tara hold MBAs from top business schools, their real learning didn’t begin until they launched TALEA.
